These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Freelancer Hub’s services. By engaging with our team, you agree to follow these rules.

1. Service Agreement

All projects are confirmed through written or digital agreement before initiation.

2. Payment Terms

Payments must be made upfront or as per milestone agreements. Late payments may delay delivery.

3. Project Scope

Work will be completed based on the agreed project scope. Additional features may incur extra charges.

4. Intellectual Property

Clients receive full rights to final deliverables once full payment is made.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project data and communication confidential.

6. Revisions

Revisions are allowed as per package terms. Excess revisions may be billed separately.

7. Liability

Freelancer Hub is not responsible for indirect losses or misuse of delivered materials.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend services for breach of terms or unethical requests.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as technical failures or natural disasters.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, under the jurisdiction of Islamabad courts.
