This Refund Policy outlines the terms for requesting refunds for services provided by Freelancer Hub. By engaging with us, you agree to the following conditions.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable only if the service has not yet started or if a technical error occurred on our side.
2. Completed Services
Once a project or service has been completed and delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
3. Customer Cancellations
If the client cancels before work begins, a refund minus administrative fees may be issued.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be provided based on the percentage of work completed.
5. Non-Refundable Services
Customized software, app development, and digital licenses are non-refundable after initiation.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days through the same payment method.
7. Duplicate Transactions
If a duplicate payment is detected, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days.
8. Technical Issues
In case of technical problems or failed service delivery, clients may request a review for a refund.
9. Dispute Resolution
All refund disputes are reviewed by our finance team, and a decision is communicated via email.
